As Garth said, I was with the advisory council several years ago and got to know Garth very well.
And I can certainly attest to a great selection that was made and Garth being the dean of our school.
Well, good afternoon, everyone.
It's a pleasure to be back here at my alma mater and the GSB.
In fact, I was a member of the first graduating class, back in 1967, when this building first opened as the brand new Stanford Business School.
>> [laughter] And it really makes you feel old as you come back and see that the new school is soon to be opened.
It is also ironic that early next year, as Garth mentioned, just a few months from now, that I will retire from Wells Fargo, 42 years after I first joined General Mills, having just graduated from the GSB.

and I hope that you all, when you are contemplating your next career move, would stay and be more flexible than I was.
